Lee's Summit North Broncos (Lee's Summit, MO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lee's Summit Tigers (Lee's Summit, MO), 53-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Lee's Summit North upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Broncos travel to Blue Valley West (Stilwell, KS) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 15. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Blue Valley West won 61-56 in their recent non-league bout against Shawnee Mission South (Shawnee Mission, KS)

Next up, the Tigers play the Joplin Eagles (Joplin, MO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Lee's Summit will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 61-52 non-league win over Southern Missouri RUSH (Springfield, MO).
