The Marsing Huskies basketball team (Marsing, ID), was overwhelmed 51-27 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Nampa Christian Trojans (Nampa, ID)
The Trojans now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Melba for a 2A Western Idaho battle on Friday, December 16. Nampa Christian will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 64-52 league win over Cole Valley Christian (Meridian, ID). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-0.
The Huskies (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against New Plymouth (New Plymouth, ID). The Pilgrims come into the 2A Western Idaho battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, New Plymouth trounced Nyssa (Nyssa, OR), 40-37, in a non-league battle.
