The Northeast Early College Raiders basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Navarro Vikings to 48 in the Raiders league triumph on Tuesday.

The Raiders now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin for a 5A Region III District 24 contest on Friday, December 16. Northeast Early College will meet a Raptors team coming off a 49-45 league win over McCallum (Austin, TX). The Raptors record now stands at 8-4.

The Vikings (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against LBJ Austin (Austin, TX). The Jaguars enter the 5A Region III District 24 contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, LBJ Austin was outscored by Manor (Manor, TX), 62-39, in a non-league contest.
