In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Petrolia Pirates (Petrolia, TX) basketball squad nipped the host Prairie Valley Bulldogs (Nocona, TX), by a margin of 49-46.
The Pirates (2-9) will now prepare for their outing against Era (Era, TX). The Hornets go into the non-league outing with a 3-9 record.
The Bulldogs now own a 7-7 record. They play next when they host Bellevue for a 1A Region III District 22 outing on Tuesday, December 20.
