In Tuesday's league outing, the Southwest DeKalb Panthers (Decatur, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Clarkston Angoras (Clarkston, GA), by a count of 57-21.

The Panthers (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Westminster (Atlanta, GA). The Wildcats go into the AAAA Region 6 outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, Westminster smashed Hapeville Charter (Atlanta, GA), 63-17, in a league outing.

The Angoras now hold a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Holy Innocents Episcopal for a AAAA Region 6 outing on Friday, December 16. Clarkston will clash with a Golden Bears squad coming off a 62-32 league win over Stephenson (Stone Mountain, GA). The Golden Bears record now stands at 4-3.
