The Wolverines now possess a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brazoswood for a 6A Region III District 24 battle on Friday, December 16. Clear Brook will confront a Buccaneers team coming off a 66-19 league loss to Clear Creek (League City, TX). The Buccaneers record now stands at 3-7.

The Knights (6-13) will now prepare for their battle against Clear Springs (League City, TX). The Chargers come into the 6A Region III District 24 battle with a 9-9 record. In their last battle, Clear Springs was overwhelmed by Dickinson (Dickinson, TX), 51-34, in a league battle.
