With the victory, Corvallis improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to South Medford (Medford, OR) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 16. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. South Medford lost 68-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Incarnate Word Academy (St. Louis, MO)

Next up, the Royal Scots confront the Crescent Valley Raiders (Corvallis, OR) in a 5A Mid-Willamette challenge, on Monday, January 2. McKay will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
