The Harmony Eagles basketball team (Big Sandy, TX), was overwhelmed 72-7 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Winnsboro Raiders (Winnsboro, TX)
The Raiders now possess a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Winona for a 3A Region II District 13 battle on Friday, December 16. Winnsboro will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 68-4 non-league loss to Elysian Fields (Elysian Fields, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-4.
The Eagles (3-11) will now prepare for their battle against Mineola (Mineola, TX). The Yellowjackets come into the 3A Region II District 13 battle with a 6-8 record. In their last battle, Mineola trounced Carthage (Carthage, TX), 45-42, in a non-league battle.
