Kilgore lost 49-23 in their recent league challenge against Chapel Hill (Tyler, TX)

Next up, the Lions confront the Gilmer Buckeyes (Gilmer, TX) in a 4A Region III District 17 challenge, on Friday, December 16. Henderson will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Buckeyes come into the challenge with a 10-4 record after their 55-44 non-league win over Texas (Texarkana, TX).
