The IDEA Weslaco Pike basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the visiting Santa Rosa Warriors to 37 in the league victory on Tuesday.

The now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rio Hondo for a 3A Region IV District 32 contest on Monday, December 19.

The Warriors (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Rio Hondo (Rio Hondo, TX). The Bobcats come into the 3A Region IV District 32 contest with a 11-3 record. In their last contest, Rio Hondo edged Monte Alto (Monte Alto, TX), 87-10, in a league contest.
