The KIPP King Lions basketball team scored 1 points and restricted the visiting Leadership Public Schools Richmond Pumas to 0 in the Lions league victory on Tuesday.
The Lions now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Castlemont for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. KIPP King will battle a Knights team coming off a 48-24 non-league win over Vallejo (Vallejo, CA). The Knights record now stands at 3-2.
The Pumas (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Madison Park Academy (Oakland, CA). The Trojan-Warriors come into the Bay Area Charter contest with a 0-0 record.
