Moulton Bobkatz (Moulton, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Pettus War Eagles (Pettus, TX), 33-20 in a league bout.

With the victory, Moulton upgrades its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Bobkatz travel to Runge (Runge, TX) to play the Yellowjackets in a 1A Region IV District 30 bout on Friday, December 16. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the War Eagles play the Poteet Aggies (Poteet, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Pettus will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
