Colorado High School Basketball - Mountain View tops Severance

December 13, 2022: Loveland, CO 80537

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Mountain View Mountain Lions (Loveland, CO) and the visiting Severance Silver Knights (Severance, CO), saw Mountain View's basketball squad knock off Severance by a count of 59-43.

With the victory, Mountain View upgrades its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Mountain Lions host Fort Morgan (Fort Morgan, CO) to play the Mustangs in a 5A/4A Longs Peak challenge on Thursday, December 15. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Fort Morgan lost 89-17 in their recent league challenge against Thompson Valley (Loveland, CO)

Next up, the Silver Knights play the Niwot Cougars (Niwot, CO) in a 5A/4A Longs Peak challenge, on Thursday, December 15. Severance will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 78-16 league loss to Riverdale Ridge (Thornton, CO).
