In Tuesday's league match, the host Nevada Cubs basketball team scored a tight 35-34 triumph over the South Hamilton Hawks.
In their next game, the Cubs meet the Perry Bluejays (Perry, IA) in a Heart of Iowa match, on Tuesday, January 3. Nevada will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record.
