The Pioneer Diamondbacks basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North Raiders to 25 in the Diamondbacks league triumph on Tuesday.

The Diamondbacks now sport a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McAllen for a 5A Region IV District 31 contest on Friday, December 16. Pioneer will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 49-31 league loss to McAllen Memorial (McAllen, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-11.
