The Smith Valley Bulldogs basketball team (Smith, NV), was nudged 38-34 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Virginia City Muckers (Virginia City, NV)
The Muckers now possess a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Loyalton for a non-league battle on Friday, December 16. Virginia City will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 55-32 non-league loss to North Valleys (Reno, NV). The Grizzlies record now stands at 2-5.
The Bulldogs (2-7) will now prepare for their battle against Pershing County (Lovelock, NV). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 5-2 record. In their last battle, Pershing County edged Carlin (Carlin, NV), 55-17, in a non-league battle.
