Virginia High School Basketball - Caroline can't hold off Culpeper County

The Culpeper County Blue Devils basketball team scored 33 points and held the host Caroline Cavaliers to 30 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Blue Devils now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host King George for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. Culpeper County will battle a Foxes team coming off a 46-24 non-league win over Essex (Tappahannock, VA). The Foxes record now stands at 2-1.
The Cavaliers (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Powhatan (Powhatan, VA). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Powhatan was nudged by James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA), 32-16, in a non-league contest.
