The Galena Grizzlies basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting North Valleys Panthers to 21 in the Grizzlies non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Grizzlies now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carson for a contest on Thursday, December 15. Galena will meet a Senators team coming off a 49-46 non-league win over Lassen (Susanville, CA). The Senators record now stands at 5-2.
The Panthers (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Churchill County (Fallon, NV). The Greenwave enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Churchill County was defeated by Carson (Carson City, NV), 33-16, in a non-league contest.
