The Columbus Falcons (Columbus, MS) soccer bounced the host West Point Green Wave (West Point, MS), 8-1 in Tuesday's league bout.
With the win, Columbus moves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Grenada (Grenada, MS) to battle the Chargers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 16. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 9-4. Grenada lost 8-1 in their recent league bout against Starkville (Starkville, MS)
In their next game, the Green Wave battle the Neshoba Central Rockets (Philadelphia, MS) in a 5A Region 4 bout, on Tuesday, December 20. West Point will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
