Mt. Shasta Bears (Mt. Shasta, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Durham Trojans (Durham, CA), 44-25 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mt. Shasta upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Bears travel to Amador (Sutter Creek, CA) to play the Buffaloes in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 15. The Buffaloes go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Amador lost 53-43 in their recent non-league bout against Casa Roble (Orangevale, CA)

Next up, the Trojans play the East Nicolaus Spartans (Nicolaus, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Durham will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record.
