The Panther Creek Catamounts basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the host Green Hope Falcons to 30 in the Catamounts non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Catamounts now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Apex Friendship for a contest on Friday, December 16. Panther Creek will battle a Patriots team coming off a 62-19 non-league win over Lee County (Sanford, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 6-0.

The Falcons (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Middle Creek (Apex, NC). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Middle Creek was routed by Willow Spring (Fuquay-Varina, NC), 52-36, in a non-league contest.
