Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Coastal Academy Stingrays (Oceanside, CA) and the host San Diego Jewish Academy Lions (San Diego, CA), saw Coastal Academy's basketball squad knock off San Diego Jewish Academy by a tally of 49-32.

With the victory, Coastal Academy improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Stingrays host Guajome Park Academy (Vista, CA) to play the Frogs in a Ocean challenge on Friday, December 15. The Frogs come into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Guajome Park Academy won 52-43 in their recent league challenge against Classical Academy (Escondido, CA)

Next up, the Lions play the Tri-City Christian Eagles (Vista, CA) in a Ocean challenge, on Thursday, December 14. San Diego Jewish Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 59-54 league win over Del Lago Academy (Escondido, CA).
