The Madison Southern Eagles basketball team scored 94 points and restricted the visiting Jeffersontown Chargers to 69 in the Eagles non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Eagles now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Madison Central for a District 44 contest on Friday, December 15. Madison Southern will battle a Indians team coming off a 59-50 non-league win over Scott County (Georgetown, KY). The Indians record now stands at 2-4.

The Chargers (3-5) will now prepare for their outing against Holy Cross (Louisville, KY). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 6-0 record. In their last outing, Holy Cross smashed Butler (Louisville, KY), 77-65, in a non-league outing.
