Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wolves (El Segundo, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host South Spartans (Torrance, CA), 54-37 in a league bout.

With the victory, Wiseburn- Da Vinci upgrades its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Torrance (Torrance, CA) to play the Tartars in a Pioneer bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Tartars come into the bout with a record of 4-10. Torrance lost 69-45 in their recent league bout against North (Torrance, CA)

Next up, the Spartans play the West Warriors (Torrance, CA) in a Pioneer bout, on Friday, December 15. South will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 9-3 record after their 56-32 non-league loss to Mark Keppel (Alhambra, CA).
