Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Penns Valley Area topped by Central

The Central Dragons basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Penns Valley Area Rams to 46 in the Dragons league victory on Wednesday.

The Dragons now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bellefonte for a Laurel Highlands contest on Wednesday, December 20. Central will battle a Raiders team coming off a 72-50 league loss to Clearfield (Clearfield, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 0-3.

The Rams (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Huntingdon (Huntingdon, PA). The Bearcats come into the Laurel Highlands contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Huntingdon dropped by Bellwood-Antis (Bellwood, PA), 56-25, in a league contest.
