In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting East Wilkes Cardinals basketball team scored a good 57-40 triumph over the West Wilkes Blackhawks.
In their next game, the Cardinals meet the Mount Airy Granite Bears (Mount Airy, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 15. East Wilkes will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record.
