The West Ashley Wildcats (Charleston, SC) basketball nipped the visiting Wando Warriors (Mt. Pleasant, SC), 37-30 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (1-6) will now prepare for their test against Stratford (Goose Creek, SC). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Stratford edged Timberland (St. Stephen, SC), 58-10, in a non-league battle.
The Warriors (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Goose Creek (Goose Creek, SC). The Gators come into the non-league battle with a 7-0 record. In their last battle, Goose Creek edged Carvers Bay (Hemingway, SC), 44-30, in a non-league battle.
