The Brewer Witches (Brewer, ME) basketball crushed the visiting Bangor Rams (Bangor, ME), 55-31 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Witches now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Lawrence for a A North bout on Tuesday, December 17. Brewer will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 78-51 league loss to Messalonskee (Oakland, ME). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Bangor falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Lewiston (Lewiston, ME) to play the Blue Devils in a AA North bout on Tuesday, December 17. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Lewiston won 54-52 in their recent non-league bout against Freeport (Freeport, ME)
