Nevada High School Basketball - Pershing County tipped by Battle Mountain

December 13, 2024: Lovelock, NV 89419

The Battle Mountain Longhorns nipped the host Pershing County Mustangs basketball squad by a final score of 54-50 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Longhorns clash with the Coral Academy of Science - Reno Falcons (Reno, NV) in a 2A Northern outing, on Saturday, December 14. Battle Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Falcons enter the outing with a 1-1 record after their 74-16 league loss to Pershing County (Lovelock, NV).

The Mustangs (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against West Wendover (West Wendover, NV). The Wolverines enter the 2A Northern outing with a 4-0 record. In their last outing, West Wendover got by Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV), 68-65, in a non-league outing.
