Michigan High School Basketball - Big Rapids overwhelms Tri County Area

The Big Rapids Cardinals basketball team scored 66 points and limited the visiting Tri County Area Vikings to 35 in the Cardinals league triumph on Friday.

The Cardinals now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they host Cedar Springs for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. Big Rapids will play a Red Hawks team coming off a 54-51 non-league win over Wayland (Wayland, MI). The Red Hawks record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Tri County Area falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to White Cloud (White Cloud, MI) to play the Indians in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. The Indians go into the game with a record of 3-1. White Cloud won 44-42 in their recent league contest against Morley Stanwood (Morley, MI)
