Next, the Fightin' Planets encounter the Highlands Golden Rams (Natrona Heights, PA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, December 17. Mars will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Golden Rams come into the test with a 1-4 record after their 44-32 league loss to Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA).

The Cougars (2-3) will now prepare for their test against West Allegheny (Imperial, PA). The Indians come into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, West Allegheny was routed by Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA), 73-41, in a non-league test.
