Washington High School Basketball - Lakes overwhelms Capital

The Lakes Lancers basketball team scored 74 points and limited the visiting Capital Cougars to 52 in the Lancers league triumph on Friday.
The Lancers now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to River Ridge for a 3A Puget Sound game on Monday, December 16. Lakes will confront a Hawks team coming off a 69-63 league loss to Timberline (Lacey, WA). The Hawks record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, Capital falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Enumclaw (Enumclaw, WA) to confront the Hornets in a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. The Hornets go into the game with a record of 4-1. Enumclaw won 76-57 in their recent non-league game against Kentlake (Kent, WA)
