In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Tazewell Bulldogs basketball team scored a big 83-62 triumph over the Castlewood Blue Devils.
The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Council (Council, VA). The Cobras go into the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Council was trounced by East Ridge (Lick Creek, KY), 89-19, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Blue Devils battle the Northwood Panthers (Saltville, VA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 16. Castlewood will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 56-50 non-league loss to Marion (Marion, VA).
