The Northside Vikings (Roanoke, VA) basketball were winner over the visiting Cave Spring Knights (Roanoke, VA), 80-66 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Vikings now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Staunton River for a Blue Ridge bout on Tuesday, December 17. Northside will play a Golden Eagles team coming off a 70-34 non-league win over Craig County (New Castle, VA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Cave Spring falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Pulaski County (Dublin, VA) to play the Cougars in a River Ridge bout on Tuesday, December 17. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 0-5. Pulaski County lost 84-69 in their recent non-league bout against Carroll County (Hillsville, VA)
