The Cedar Falls Tigers basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Iowa City West Trojans to 31 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now have a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Kennedy for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. Cedar Falls will confront a Cougars team coming off a 100-55 league win over Washington (Cedar Rapids, IA). The Cougars record now stands at 4-0.
With the loss, Iowa City West falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Wahlert (Dubuque, IA) to confront the Golden Eagles in a Mississippi Valley game on Tuesday, December 17. The Golden Eagles go into the game with a record of 3-0.
