Georgia High School Basketball - Union County nips Coahulla Creek

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Union County Panthers (Blairsville, GA) and the host Coahulla Creek Colts (Dalton, GA), observed Union County's basketball team edge Coahulla Creek by a margin of 53-49.

The Panthers (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against North Cobb Christian (Kennesaw, GA). The Eagles come into the AA Region 7 challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, North Cobb Christian edged Rockmart (Rockmart, GA), 105-44, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Colts battle the Murray County Indians (Chatsworth, GA) in a AA Region 7 challenge, on Saturday, December 14. Coahulla Creek will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record.
