In Friday's non-league test, the Comer Tigers (Sylacauga, AL) basketball squad got by the host Lincoln Golden Bears (Lincoln, AL), by a final score of 64-62.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Childersburg Tigers (Childersburg, AL) in a 3A Area 8 test, on Monday, December 16. Comer will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 6-7 record after their 64-45 non-league win over Winterboro (Alpine, AL).

The Golden Bears (1-7) will now prepare for their test against Weaver (Weaver, AL). The Bearcats come into the non-league test with a 5-6 record.
