In Friday's league contest, the visiting Lumpkin County Indians basketball team scored a good 69-49 triumph over the Dawson County Tigers.

The Indians (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Rabun County (Tiger, GA). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Rabun County topped Towns County (Hiawassee, GA), 77-52, in a non-league contest.
