Oklahoma High School Basketball - Durant holds off Pryor

The Durant Lions basketball team scored 38 points and limited the host Pryor Tigers to 37 in the Lions league triumph on Friday.
The Lions now have a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Ada for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. Durant will confront a Cougars team coming off a 51-41 non-league win over Duncan (Duncan, OK). The Cougars record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Pryor falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to McAlester (McAlester, OK) to confront the Buffaloes in a 5A District 4 game on Friday, December 20. The Buffaloes go into the game with a record of 1-3.
