The Riverview Raiders (Searcy, AR) basketball edged the host Episcopal Wildcats (Little Rock, AR), 53-49 in Friday's league bout.
The Raiders now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bald Knob for a 3A Region 6 bout on Tuesday, December 17. Riverview will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 66-44 league win over Maumelle Charter (Maumelle, AR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-2.
With the loss, Episcopal falls to 5-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Rose Bud (Rose Bud, AR) to play the Ramblers in a 3A Region 6 bout on Friday, December 20. The Ramblers go into the bout with a record of 7-7.
