The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Fairborn Skyhawks (Fairborn, OH) and the visiting Piqua Indians (Piqua, OH), observed Fairborn's basketball team knock off Piqua by a score of 53-41.

The Skyhawks (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Edgewood (Trenton, OH). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Edgewood prevailed over Talawanda (Oxford, OH), 67-59, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians encounter the Butler Aviators (Vandalia, OH) in a Miami Valley - Valley challenge, on Tuesday, December 17. Piqua will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record.
