Lake Roosevelt Raiders (Coulee Dam, WA) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Liberty Bell Mountain Lions (Winthrop, WA), 60-48 in a league match.
With the victory, Lake Roosevelt advances its record to 5-0 on the year. The Raiders host Freeman (Rockford, WA) to face the Scotties in a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. The Scotties enter the match with a record of 2-1. Freeman lost 56-51 in their recent non-league match against Lake City (Coeur d'Alene, ID)
The Mountain Lions now own a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chewelah for a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. Liberty Bell will face a Cougars squad coming off a 77-65 non-league loss to Northport (Northport, WA). The Cougars record now stands at 0-2.
