The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Spectrum Sting (Elk River, MN) and the host Lakes International Language Academy (Forest Lake, MN), observed Spectrum's basketball team overwhelm Lakes International Language Academy by a margin of 83-30.

The Sting (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Providence Academy (Plymouth, MN). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Providence Academy was trounced by St. Croix Lutheran (West St. Paul, MN), 78-42, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the battle the Math & Science Academy Dragons (Woodbury, MN) in a AA Section 4 challenge, on Monday, December 16. Lakes International Language Academy will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 76-36 non-league loss to St. Charles (St. Charles, MN).
