Ohio High School Basketball - Lincoln nips New Albany

In Friday's league contest, the host Lincoln Lions basketball team scored a close 56-54 triumph over the New Albany Eagles.
The Lions (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Groveport-Madison (Groveport, OH). The Cruisers go into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Groveport-Madison was tipped by Newark (Newark, OH), 47-39, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Big Walnut Golden Eagles (Sunbury, OH) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 14. New Albany will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 60-53 league loss to Westerville South (Westerville, OH).
