The Mount Tabor Spartans (Winston-Salem, NC) basketball were winner over the host R.J. Reynolds Demons (Winston-Salem, NC), 75-59 in Friday's league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they host North Surry for a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 18. Mount Tabor will play a Greyhounds team coming off a 74-50 league win over Wilkes Central (Wilkesboro, NC). The Greyhounds record now stands at 5-0.
With the loss, R.J. Reynolds falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Demons travel to Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC) to play the Mustangs in a 4A Central Piedmont bout on Saturday, December 14. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Parkland lost 55-50 in their recent non-league bout against Ledford (Thomasville, NC)
