The Western Yell County Wolverines basketball team scored 66 points and limited the host Oark Hornets to 43 in the Wolverines league triumph on Friday.

The Wolverines now have a 1-11 record. They play next when they travel to Caddo Hills for a non-league game on Friday, December 27.

With the loss, Oark falls to 1-11 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Scranton (Scranton, AR) to confront the Rockets in a 1A Region 4 game on Tuesday, December 17. The Rockets go into the game with a record of 13-2. Scranton won 42-38 in their recent non-league game against Valley Christian (Russellville, AR)
