North Carolina High School Basketball - Voyager Academy crushes Oxford Prep

The Voyager Academy Vikings (Durham, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Oxford Prep Griffins (Oxford, NC), 70-46 in Friday's league bout.

The Vikings now possess a 6-5 record. They play next when they host Franklin Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 17. Voyager Academy will play a Patriots team coming off a 66-48 non-league win over Granville Central (Stem, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 8-1.

With the loss, Oxford Prep falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Griffins host Falls Lake (Creedmoor, NC) to play the Firebirds in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 18. The Firebirds go into the bout with a record of 3-7. Falls Lake lost 68-30 in their recent non-league bout against Bunn (Bunn, NC)
