In Friday's league contest, the host Rockridge Rockets basketball team scored a good 63-44 win over the Riverdale Rams.
The Rockets (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Moline (Moline, IL). The Maroons come into the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Moline was topped by Rock Island (Rock Island, IL), 83-71, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Rams battle the Erie-Prophetstown Panthers (Erie, IL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 16. Riverdale will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 3-3 record after their 52-48 non-league win over Morrison (Morrison, IL).
