In Friday's non-league contest, the host Watertown Purple Tigers basketball team scored a good 68-49 triumph over the Trousdale County Yellowjackets.
The Purple Tigers (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Boyd Christian (McMinnville, TN). The Broncos go into the non-league contest with a 2-10 record.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets battle the Jackson County Blue Devils (Gainesboro, TN) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 16. Trousdale County will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Blue Devils go into the contest with a 7-0 record after their 72-30 non-league win over Red Boiling Springs (Red Boiling Springs, TN).
