The Acorn Tigers basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Oden Timberwolves to 16 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now have a 13-1 record. They play next when they travel to Nashville for a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. Acorn will confront a Scrappers team coming off a 75-24 non-league win over Cossatot River (Cove, AR). The Scrappers record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, Oden falls to 2-9 on the campaign. The Timberwolves host Legacy Academy (Lockesburg, AR) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 15-2. Legacy Academy won 46-44 in their recent league game against Trinity Christian (Texarkana, AR)
